About Tyler
As Chief Technology Officer, Tyler leads Innovative’s technology strategy and helps shape how emerging technologies translate into measurable business outcomes for Innovative and its clients. His focus includes AI and automation, cybersecurity, compliance, and strategic technology consulting—helping organizations use technology to operate more efficiently, manage risk, and grow.
Tyler works at the intersection of technology and business. Rather than starting with a specific technology or solution, he first focuses on understanding where a business is trying to go, what is getting in the way, and where the greatest opportunities exist. From there, he helps determine how technology can make a meaningful impact. Internally, Tyler works across leadership, sales, and service to ensure Innovative continues to evolve its capabilities as technology and client needs change.
Tyler has been with Innovative since 2005 and has spent more than 20 years growing alongside the company, its clients, and the technology industry. He is passionate about building a culture of motivated, customer-focused people who enjoy what they do and understand the impact their work has on the businesses Innovative serves.
Tyler holds multiple technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and Avaya.
Outside of Innovative, Tyler and his wife, Jenny, have been married since 2005 and have three children.

Tyler loves music and performs with several worship bands. Contemporary Christian music is a particular favorite. Whether he’s on stage performing or in the crowd for an amazing worship experience, music is a big part of his life. For Tyler, there’s something special about the combination of music, performance, and the energy of a great live worship experience.
