Our hiring process
Apply - Apply online through BambooHR our applicant tracking system. You will receive an email once you have applied that lets you know your application has been received from our hiring team.
Phone interview - If chosen to do a phone interview you will receive an email giving a time/day range that you will receive a phone interview. This typically lasts around 15 - 30 minutes. A phone interview will consist of basic interview questions with a few questions related the job you are applying to.
In-person interview(s) - When chosen for an in-person interview you will receive an email asking for you to come in for an in-person interview with the hiring team. This can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The interview questions will be solely based on your experience and the position you are applying for.
Offer letter - You will receive an offer letter via email that you will be able to sign virtually. A start date will be decided and you will officially join the team innovative!
