Rose Fetters

Vice President of Finance

About Rose

As Vice President of Finance, Rose leads Innovative’s finance and human resources teams, helping the company plan for growth, manage its resources wisely, and support its employees. Her focus includes financial strategy, planning and forecasting, reporting, and analytics, using data and technology to help Innovative operate more efficiently and make smarter decisions.

Rose works at the intersection of finance and technology. Rather than treating numbers as an end in themselves, she focuses on what they reveal: where the business is performing well, where there’s room to improve, and how better information leads to better decisions. She has led the modernization of Innovative’s reporting and planning and is especially interested in how analytics and AI can create savings and efficiencies across the business. Internally, she partners with leadership and teams across the company to ensure finance and HR practices support Innovative’s culture and its commitment to clients.

Rose has been with Innovative since 2018. Before joining the company, she built her career in accounting and finance roles at Marriott International, Lockheed Martin, and U.S. Silica.

Rose is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of experience. She earned her B.S. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Lock Haven University and will complete her Master of Science in Business Analytics and AI at Villanova University in spring 2027.

Outside of Innovative, Rose is active in the Washington County community, serving on the boards of Leadership Washington County and the United Way of Washington County. She and her husband, Tyler, have two children.

Something you didn’t know…

Rose went back to school mid-career to earn her master’s degree, all while working full time and raising two kids. Between classes, homework (hers and theirs), and family life, free time is hard to come by these days, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.

“Efficiency is doing things right; effectiveness is doing the right things.”
