About Charlie
Charlie has been one of Innovative’s top-tier technicians since he joined the team in 2013. His educational background includes an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Networking, a Bachelor of Science in IT Network Administration, and a Master of Science in Information Security Assurance. He has also obtained a wide range of professional IT and cybersecurity certifications, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.
Charlie is the technical arm of the service department leadership, serving as our lead technician and technical subject matter expert. He’s our go-to resource for escalated support, advanced troubleshooting, and critical security solutions. Charlie ensures the team implements sound technical strategies and maintains the necessary skill to provide the best technical expertise to Innovative clients.
Charlie’s favorite thing about Innovative is our culture. He loves technology, and loves that his job lets him play with technology daily.
