Service Operations Manager
In his current role as Service Operations Manager, Mike's responsibilities include the documentation, evaluation, and refining of Innovative processes. He works behind the scenes to constantly improve our customer service and satisfaction. He also oversees the network operations center (NOC), which monitors critical alerts and maintains customer backups.
Mike is passionate about teaching - both fellow Innovators as well as customers - and takes pleasure in demystifying complex technologies. He loves documentation and streamlining processes to minimize friction for customers.
Mike immediately fell in love with Innovative, the people, and the company's involvement in the community. He's proud to work with such a passionate group of brilliant people in a place that celebrates fun, humor, and nerdom (aka all things nerd).
Mike and his wife Naimi have been together since 2000 and have four children. He enjoys making music with his wife, playing games with his children, and habitually quoting movies.

SOMETHING YOU DIDN’T KNOW:
Three things actually.
- Mike spent a couple of years as a deckhand on a boat in the Gulf of Mexico.
- Mike met his wife while acting for a community theatre.
- Mike is from the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in the New Orleans suburbs and lost his home in Hurricane Katrina.
