Do you sell hardware and equipment?
Yes. Customers with an active service contract purchase computers and equipment directly from us. Devices and other equipment recommendations are identified in your strategic technology plan.
Do I have to buy hardware and equipment from you?
No, but we do offer preferential labor rates to install equipment purchased from us. Hardware purchased elsewhere often comes pre-installed with unnecessary software, is not commercial grade equipment, or doesn't include licensing to an operating system compatible with your other software. These factors make installation more time-intensive and less predictable. Additionally, we can't include warranty repairs and parts under your service contract for equipment purchased from other vendors.
