About Josh

Josh is responsible for customer satisfaction and communication, as well as the day-to-day management of most service team members. He joined the Innovative Team in 2016 as a service technician and has done everything from field service to service coordination and scheduling.

Josh loves helping people have a better perception of how technology can help grow their businesses. He is a 2021 graduate of Leadership Washington County and studied psychology and IT at Hagerstown Community College.

And his favorite thing about Innovative is our culture. “I am not just a person with a job, I am a valued member of a team on a mission,” he said.
