Sam was hired in July 2022 as a Human Resources Generalist. Since then, she has grown into a management role and is responsible for all HR tasks. These include the management of benefits, employee relations, payroll updates, compliance, and more.

Sam cherishes the opportunity to be an advocate for all employees of Innovative. She takes pride in being a resource for the staff and is thankful for the trust they have given her. Sam expresses her passion for human resources every day through her interactions with the team.

Sam is active, adventurous, and always willing to try something new. She played four years of collegiate lacrosse at Frostburg State University and has been skydiving! She also enjoys spending time with friends and family in her free time.
