With eight years of IT experience, holding a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), multiple Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Associate (MCSA), Innovative’s Service Manager Alex likes to put himself in a customer’s shoes. He looks at things from their viewpoint and helps them understand the system they are having issues with. Having incredible clients, he values the conversations and getting to know them personally, enabling him to know them better and provide the best customer service possible. Solving what seems like a customer’s insurmountable problem in a quick and efficient manner, gaining their appreciation makes it all worth!
