Our offices and bench repair are open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Walk-in visits are welcome, but appointments are encouraged to ensure thorough attention to your needs.

In-shop repairs for residential customers are billed at $100/hour, in quarter-hour increments. We'll be happy to have a look at your equipment and provide an estimate prior to starting the repair.

If you have a computer requiring repair, please bring the PC and any specialized hardware that connects to your computer. It would not be necessary to bring the keyboard, mouse, and monitor, for example, unless you believe that these devices require special configuration that requires our help. Bring your recovery CDs, and any programs that may need to be reinstalled.
