In the spring of 2015, Frederick Pediatric Dentistry came to us with a thriving Frederick practice in the early stages of opening up a brand new location to service the Hagerstown market.

Their existing IT provider was requiring them to not only build out a brand new network in their new office, and also said they needed to completely overhaul their existing Frederick network. They felt isolated and confused and had lost trust in that provider.

Recently, Linton Shafer Warfield & Garrett, P.A. came to us with 35 computers, 2 locations and a lot of issues with long-distance technology. With files that were locked down and too far away, there was little room for growth.

As a prominent accounting firm with Frederick and Rockville offices, they were looking for a solution to their technology dilemma: They were using an IT firm in Kentucky to support their day-to-day operations and when local support was necessary, they would occasionally engage a local technician who had very limited skills and experience.
